Over the course of my career, I’ve navigated the full spectrum of design—starting with visual designer, then evolving into UX, service design, strategy, and operations. Each chapter has deepened my perspective and expanded my toolkit, giving me a uniquely holistic view of how great experiences are conceived, built, and scaled.
